The survey closed at midnight 30 January 2009 and the report on the survey has been published.

PSI Pricing Questionnaire Template
The following questionnaire was finalised following consideration by the experts at the ePSIplus Financial Impact (PSI Pricing) Thematic Meeting 3 meeting held in Athens on the 20 - 21 November 2008. It was used to conduct the ePSIplus PSI Pricing Survey.
The purpose of the questionnaire was to support an ePSIplus Thematic Network survey that opened on 1 December 2008 and closed on 26 January 2009.
