Unlocking the potential of PSI!
The ePSIplus Thematic Network was invited to present to the UK Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) Licensing Forum that met in central London on 24 September 2008. The ePSIplus presentation titled: Developments in PSI re-use across Europe was one of three presentations that considered current initiatives that have an impact on public sector information and its sustainability in a global information society. The other presentations were:
- The UK Knowledge Council: Towards a Government Information strategy, presented by Amelie Kjaergaard, The National Archives
- Power of Information – unlocking the full potential of public data, presented by William Perrin, Secretary, Power of Information Taskforce. The presentation showed a number of examples of civil society self help public information services.
