The UK National Archives has published the notes (minutes) of the forums meeting held on the 7th December 2010.

The meeting considered the following presentations:

1. The National Archives: An update on related activities since the April 2010 meeting.
2. The National Archives and the Government Transparency Agenda
3. The Coal Authority: Data in the Public Domain – Is Anyone ready?
4. The Environment Agency: A Right to Data?
5. The National Archives: UK Government Licensing Framework & Open Government Licence

The presentations covered a range of topics that included amongst others:

• Public Task
• UK Response to the European Commission consultation on the PSI Directive in 2010
• Open Government Licence
• Public Data Corporation
• The Coal Authority exceptions to re-use related to CON29M
• INSPIRE
