TNA-OPSI invites input from re-users of Ordnance Survey data

The National Archives (TNA) Standards team have announced that the team will be conducting an IFTS re-verification of the Ordnance Survey and invites input from re-users. The announcement states:

"Re-verification of Ordnance Survey

The Standards team will be conducting an IFTS verification of Ordnance Survey between 22 February and 4 March 2011. You can find the principles IFTS is based on at nationalarchives.gov.uk/information-management/ifts/principles. If re-users, current or potential, of Ordnance Survey information have any points they wish to flag in confidence prior to the assessment they are encouraged to contact the team at standards@nationalarchives.gsi.gov.uk. Anonymous feedback will be passed to Ordnance Survey as part of the verification to help raise standards and improve practice."
