Sweden: The repeal of Regulation (2008:31) on PSI re-use


Stockholm: 23 June 2010 & Luxembourg: 24 June 2010

During the 13th PSI Group meeting held in Luxembourg on the 24th June 2010 under the agenda heading PSI legislation in Member States Gustaf Johnsson from the Swedish Ministry of Finance presented an overview of the new PSI Re-use law that will come into effect on the 1st July 2010. In the question and answer session that following the question was asked as to when the Swedish Government would repeal the PSI re-use law that was passed during 2008? The response given was that the Swedish Cabinet had this on the agenda at this weeks Cabinet meeting.

The 23rd June 2010 the Swedish Government reported:
