Spanish PSI Policy!
The Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) has published an article titled: Jornada sobre la reutilización de la información del sector público en España, (Creative Commons, ISSN 1699-8154, 3 pages) that summarises the presentations and discussions of the Spanish ePSIplus National meeting that was held in Barcelona on 30 June 2008.
The article reports that Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio intends to initiate a study on the use of public sector information within Spain and that a new policy would be formulated and published that would focus on the practical measures and tools that would assist the public sector to support the re-use of public sector information.
The article has been published in the Journal Internet, Dret i Política and is available in Spanish and Catalan.
