PSI Working Group on the Economic Case for Marginal Cost/Cost Recovery

The European Commission led PSI Group agreed to establish a number of working groups to support the Commissions initiatives during 2010 as outlined in the European Commission’s Communication published in May 2009.

The leader of the working group is the PSI Group Member State representative:

Mr. Antti Eskola, Ministry of Employment and the Economy, Finland

The Economic Case for Marginal Cost/Cost Recovery working group was operational from the 31st March through to the 10th May 2010.
