The following questionnaire was finalised following consideration by the experts at the ePSIplus Financial Impact (PSI Pricing) Thematic Meeting 3 meeting held in Athens on the 20 - 21 November 2008. It was used to conduct the ePSIplus PSI Pricing Survey.

The purpose of the questionnaire was to support an ePSIplus Thematic Network survey that opened on 1 December 2008 and closed on 26 January 2009.

The purpose of the survey was to seek input from public sector information stakeholders as to whether the European Union public sector information Directive 2003/98/EC has had an impact with respect to the financial charges levied when re-using public sector information.
