PSI Consultation extended
The European Commission (EC) has announced the extension of the consultation period on the review of Directive 2003/98/EC. The Commissions PSI portal states that the closing date for the completed questionnaire and feedback on the impact of the implementation of the PSI Re-use Directive is now the 15 September 2008. The Commission portal states:
“We are inviting interested parties to send us comments, suggestions and replies to the enclosed questionnaire by 15 September 2008 at the latest (prolonged deadline).”
