Poland confused over PSI re-use?
The Polish Ministry of the Interior held a consultative meeting on the proposed new law on the re-use of public sector information and the need for Poland to respond to the European Commission infringement action.
A number of reports have been published on the meeting that include:
The Non-governmental Centre for Access to Public Information (DIP) (Pozarządowe Centrum Dostępu do Informacji Publicznej) published an article titled: Nowelizacja ustawy o dostępie do informacji publicznej - notatka ze spotkania (Amendments to the law on access to public information - a note from the meeting)
The article includes a number of documents (Scanned and PDF in Polish language) obtained from the Ministry of the Interior that relate to the consultation. The article states:
