OPSI was consulted!
The UK Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has informed the UK Advisory Panel for Public Sector Information (APPSI) that the DCLG did consult the UK Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) Local Authorities (Charges for Property Searches) (England) Regulations and that the OPSI provided the text included in the consultation document.
