Open Government Data Camp 2011

We are just days away from Europe's biggest open data community event. We are looking forward to see you in Warsaw!

On 20 and 21 October the Open Government Data Camp 2011 is taking place in Warsaw. It's Europe's biggest meet-up of the open data community with coders, designers, civil servants, activists and academics from some 40 countries participating.

Around the OGD Camp, on the preceding days and the weekend afterwards, other events and meet-ups are taking place as well. All in all there is almost a full week of open data activity!

We are now just days away from the camp, and the programme is taking shape. The two days of the camp are literally packed with sessions, right from the start with a video message from EC VP Neelie Kroes. So much so it's going to be hard to choose! Take a look at the programme, it's worth it.

The ePSIplatform team is represented in Warsaw by Ton Zijlstra and Marc de Vries. We are also hosting a few sessions (on making open data work for (local) government itself, and on what the open data movement and the existing PSI re-use industry can learn from each other).

We're eager to meet new faces, hear about new projects, and find new insightful people. We are looking forward to see you in Warsaw!
