A French Decree has been published on 31 December 2011, which creates a committee under the 'conseil d'orientation de l'édition publique et de l'information administrative', the advisory council of PSI publication. The committee is tasked with formulating an advice on the list of public data sets available for re-use that are subjected to payment.
