Nantes Goes Open Data
Nantes, 3 February 2011
The city of Nantes in France has decided to start releasing its PSI for re-use. This follows up on the work in the same direction of other French cities such as Rennes and Paris.
The desired time line is to release data during the year 2011, and seeing the first applications by the end of the year. Themes that are deemed relevant by the city are mobility/transport and environment, this in the light of the election of Nantes as Green Capital of Europe for 2013.
The city's decision is available on-line thanks to Libertic as a shareable document.
