Madrid opens up PSI for re-use
The Madrid City Council on the 14th January 2010 published an agreement that sets out the criteria on the re-use of the City Council information held within the electronic Content Management System in the framework of La Ley 37/2007. The states that there will be no financial charge for re-using the City Council’s public sector information. The City Council has yet to update the legal notice at the footer of the City Council’s web site.
