The 5th thematic seminar and 2nd internal conference of the LAPSI project is taking place in Warsaw on 19 and 20 October.

A workshop on framing the LAPSI project's recommendations will be held on the afternoon of 19 October, followed by 'food-for-thought' dinners around specific themes. The seminar is taking place the following morning.

Topics discussed in the seminar on the morning of 20 October are:

• How important is legal standardization? Both local examples, top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as compliance with the PSI Directive will be discussed.
• PSI Regulatory Bodies

The afternoon of 20 October is when the internal conference of the LAPSI project takes place.

This event partly overlaps with the OGD Camp 2011. The LAPSI project team will also host a session at OGD Camp.
