On 5 and 6 may, the LAPSI Thematic Network organised the 2nd LAPSI primer on how technology may enhance re-use and the Public Conference on current challenges and new opportunities of PSI, at the premises of the Bocconi University in Milan.The LAPSI project aims to build a network for high-level discussion on legal issues relating to PSI and to provide recommendations to the European Commission for the revision of the PSI directive and the implementation of PSI policy.

The primer and conference dealt with topics such as standards, licensing, intellectual property rights, fundamental rights, pricing of PSI, INSPIRE and Europeana. The presentations can be found here.
