Italian PSI Re-use - Legal Issues

On the 19 March 2009, the European Commission announced an infringement against Italy. The basis for the infringement is incorrect transposition of several aspects of the PSI Directive and exclusion of cadastral and mortgage data. At this point, Italy has asked for an extra 2 months to respond to the Commission (reported at the twelfth PSI Group meeting, Luxembourg 12 June 2009).
