INSPIRE is the EU program looking to harmonize the diversity of spatial data available for a multitude of European organisations and implement an infrastructure for spatial information in Europe.

Member states of the EU are creating their own national geo data portals, and there will be an EU level geo data portal as well. This tender is for the technical components of that EU level portal.
