The European Commission (EC) consultation on the public sector information Directive 2003/98/EC closes on the 15 September 2008.
The European eGovernment community has been alerted to the consultation and the need to respond by 15 September 2008.
Over the past 24 months the ePSIplus Thematic Network has listened to many people right across Europe that have an interest in the re-use of public sector information complaining about the PSI Directive being weak and not effective. The public consultation provides an opportunity to submit your views and evidence to the EuropeanCommission – so:
- have you submitted a response to the questions posed by the Commission?
