Go Knock On Doors!

The ePSIplatform Conference 2012 took place on 16 March 2012, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Over 300 participants from some 40 countries engaged with 60 speakers in 17 sessions.

The conference started with the call to arms by EC VP Neelie Kroes, responsible for the Digital Agenda, to go out and 'make the case for Open Data!', and a similar message by Rotterdam vice mayor Korrie Louwes that we need to 'speed things up'. In his closing words ePSIplatform's community steward Ton Zijlstra echoed those sentiments stating this is not a time to sit still but to go out even more and convince more people of the value of open data: 'Go knock on doors!'
