France reports on the PSI Group 13th meeting
The French Agence du patrimoine immatériel de l’État (APIE) has published a short report on the European Commission (EC) led PSI Group’s 13th Meeting that was held in Luxembourg on the 24th June 2010.
The announcement states:
“Commission europeenne - PSI Group Meeting 24 juin 2010
L’APIE a représenté la France à la réunion du PSI Group* de la Commission Européenne qui s’est tenue le 24 juin 2010 au Luxembourg. Lors de cette réunion, plusieurs États Membres ont présenté les évolutions en matière de réutilisation des informations publiques du point de vue économique, social et juridique (agenda de la réunion). La délégation française a fait état des nombreuses initiatives visant à favoriser et faciliter la réutilisation des informations publiques observées dans les sphères économiques, associatives et publiques.
Elle a notamment :
- exposé les actions mises en œuvre au niveau de l’État sur la conception du portail d’accès aux informations publiques réutilisables;
- présenté les travaux menés pour homogénéiser les mentions légales et améliorer la visibilité des conditions de réutilisation des données publiques disponibles sur les sites Internet publics (accès à la présentation de la délégation française);

“European Commission - PSI Group Meeting June 24, 2010
The FIPA represented France at the meeting of the PSI Group * European Commission, held June 24, 2010 in Luxembourg.
At that meeting, several Member States have presented the trends in the reuse of public information in terms economic, social and legal (meeting agenda). The French delegation has noted the many initiatives to promote and facilitate the reuse of public information observed in economic circles, community and government. In particular:
- Outlined the actions implemented at the state level on the design of the portal to public information reusable;
- Presented the work to standardize and improve the legal visibility conditions for the reuse of public data available on public Internet sites (access to the presentation of the French delegation);
