About ePSIplus National Meetings

ePSIplus National Meetings are an excellent opportunity for interaction with others across PSI re-use domains and with interests in PSI re-use issues from varied perspectives. Meeting participants will include representatives from the public and private sectors (from country hosting the meeting), ePSIplus Network and in some cases European Commission representatives. There is no registration fee.

This meeting is one of a series of National Meetings ePSIplus is hosting in countries represented in the Network. These meeting agendas will cover challenging PSI (Public Sector Information) topics specific to the country hosting the meeting with consideration to ePSIplus themes including.

  • Law and Regulation
  • Public Sector Culture
  • PSI Re-use Business
  • Financial Impact
  • Information Management Standards and Data Quality

Following each meeting, a comprehensive country report on national PSI re-use topics will be published on the ePSIplus web portal. Documentation in these reports will be used by the ePSIplus Network to help prepare recommendations for the 2008 review of the PSI Directive (2003/98/EC, 17 November 2003). These recommendations will be validated at a pre-review conference being organised by the ePSIplus Network in close co-operation with the European Commission.
