ePSIplatform and Proyecto Aporta Meeting 2: PSI Meeting 2010

  • The theme of the meeting is an important one as the public sector, businesses and citizens work to understand and meet the challenges of ‘Realising the Value of Public Sector Information’ in Europe’s digital economy and for the benefit of European citizens.The focus was on learning more about the value of PSI (Public Sector Information) when it is opened up for re-use.
  • 180 participants from 12 European countries participated in the one day forum to stimulate dialogue, discussion and debate starting at the European policy level moving on to innovative business models and then measuring the economic value of PSI re-use and examining the social value of PSI for citizens.
