Economic benefit from re-using Cadastral Information

The Directorate General for Cadastre of Spain has published the programme for the conference on Cadastre, Public Policies and Economic Activity. The conference will take place in Madrid on the 1st and 2nd June 2010.

The announcement states:

“The Directorate General for Cadastre of Spain, which presently presides the Permanent Committee on Cadastre in the EU, is to hold a meeting to specifically promote a relationship and a debate between the different European public administrations which manage cadastral information and the companies which either use this information or offer different goods or services based on this information. This meeting is in line with the different proceedings taking place during the Spanish Presidency of the EU.”
