Fair-Play Alliance was ordered by the Court of Bratislava in a preliminary ruling to remove information about the public procurement contracts received by a particular individual, presumably based on the right to privacy of the individual involved. The National Archives has launched version 2 of the UK Government Licensing Framework (UKGLF). UKGLF 2.0 builds on the success of the Open Government Licence (OGL), and enables easy re-use of a wider range of public sector information. According to The Guardian Tim Kelsey, the government's recently appointed director of transparency, said:
