Malta prepares for FOI Act
Malta’s MINISTERU TAL-EDUKAZZJONI, XOGĦOL U L-FAMILJA (Ministry of Education, Employment and the Family) has an information notice that contains a copy of the Office of the Prime Minister circular number 14/2010 titled: Further instructions in connection with the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act.
OPM Circular No 14/2010 states that the full implementation of the Freedom of Information Act will come into force on the 31st August 2010.
